Add calling to your CRM

When connected to ZOHO the TelTel platform expands to allow the following features:

  • Screen pop-ups for calls: Receive live screen pop-ups for incoming and outgoing calls to see relevant information about the caller/contact.
  • Click to dial: Call your customers and leads directly from your Zoho account with a single click using the click-to-dial feature.
  • Automatic call logging: All incoming and outgoing call activities are logged automatically against the contact or lead in Zoho, including missed calls.
  • Seamless integration of advanced TelTel PBX features, like call queues and ring groups with Zoho.

Where does TelTel come into all this?

When you add the VoIP module to Zoho, you need to also add a VoIP provider to connect to the regular telephone network. This is what TelTel does, we link your Zoho CRM to the regular phone network, giving you the ability to make and receive calls.
