On May 5th, 2025, Skype will be retired.
This change will affect both free and paid Skype users.

TelTel can help with keeping your Skype phone number and setting up your phones. 

We have plans to suit your needs. A “Calls included” plan from $15 per month for residential customers or a Cloud PBX plan, allowing you to move your business phone number across with limited downtime. 

NOTE: We can only port Australian Skype phone numbers

After signing up to a TelTel plan, you will have access to the TelTel VoIP Portal. Here you can submit a number port move your existing skype phone number to TelTel.

Note* Number porting has a once off porting application fee of $25 per number.

Residential VoIP Service

TelTel Residential plans are designed to only allow 1 phone to be connected with 1 inbound / outbound line.

Only 1 device/phone can be connected

You may need some additional items to get connected. e.g. An Analogue Telephone Adaptor may be needed to connect an older style home telephone.

Pricing:

Residential Ultimate Calls included plans are $15 per month.

CloudPBX System (Hosted PBX)

TelTel’s Hosted CloudPBX allows you to connect as many Extensions / Phones as you like. We only limit the amount of simultaneous calls.

Multiple Phone/devices can be connected

 

For example: A 2 line plan allows 2 simultaneous calls and so on. However, you can still to connect as many phones / devices as you like.

Pay per line, Not per user.

Pricing:

1 Line Ultimate plans start from $32.50 per month with calls included.

2 Line Pay-Per-Call plans start from $24.50 per month
