(IVR) Interactive Voice Response

An auto-attendant, also called IVR (interactive voice response), tells callers how to navigate a phone system. Through voice recordings, it describes the paths callers can take and prompts them to select a single destination.

Custom Greetings and IVR recordings...

By recording customized greetings, messages and prompts, you can provide a more personalized experience to your customers when they call your company. IVRs also allow your customers to solve their own problems and obtain the information they are looking for without speaking with an agent.

In a typical IVR scenario, a caller is first greeted by the IVR message. After the greeting, they are asked to choose from a series of prompts (e.g. “Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Support…”). Based on the button pressed, the caller is then routed to the most appropriate extension or department.

There are professional recording companys available if you want a more Human sounding voice. TelTel recommends www.evolutionstudios.com.au as our go to voiceover artists.

Here are some example IVR scripts...
