How to connect to TelTel with Zoiper

  • Login and use the TelTel VoipPortal to get your extension details. www.voipportal.com.au
  • Download  Zoiper on to your computer.
  • After downloading, Click Here for the Zoiper installation instructions.

(1) Open the Zoiper App


Click “Continue as a Free User“

(2) Enter the SIP user details from the Client Portal


Username: SIP Username. This is found in the Voip Portal under "PBX Extensions"
(or under "SIP Trunks" for Residential customers)
Password: Matching Password. This is found in the Voip Portal under "PBX Extensions"
(or under "SIP Trunks" for Residential customers)


(3) Click "Login"

(4) Enter the Host Name and Click Next

For CloudPBX Customers use:
pbx.teltel.com.au

For SIP trunk Customers use:
voice.teltel.com.au

For Residential Customers use:
voice.teltel.com.au

(5) Click Skip

(6) Select SIP UDP and Click Next


** If SIP UDP is not found Click SKIP for Manual Configuration **

(7) Configure your Zoiper Setup

(8) Click Start Test


Adjust settings as required

(10) Click Start Test


Adjust settings as required

(10) Click Skip


The TelTel network does not support Video Calling

(10) Click Finish

(11) Click the 9 Squares to show the Number Dialing Pad
