All Pay Per Call plans operate on a pre-paid basis and charge you your prepaid credit when you first signup. This credit is used to pay for all calls made on a pay per call plan as well as any additional services (e.g. call recording).

When you sign up with us you can configure an automatic top-up amount. By default, $20 is selected.

You can change your automatic top-up settings in the Portal at https://voipportal.com.au/

You can even choose to disable automatic top-up’s here, but keep in mind that if there’s no pre-paid credit on the account you won’t be able to make calls.

If you ever cancel your account with us, any balance on your account is refunded.
