Manual Zoiper SIP account configuration

If you were setting up Zoiper on your computer and got stuck at the SIP UDP configuration page, These are the next steps for you.

(1) If SIP UDP is not found Click SKIP and Yes

You will now see a Warning Box. Click Yes to proceed.

(2) Confirm details and Click Create account

Make sure you have the correct ("extension number")@pbx.teltel.com.au
Make Sure the drop down menu is set to SIP.
You should not have to make any changes here.

(3) If requested, Continue Configuring your Zoiper Setup

(4) Final Account setup steps - Click On Advanced


Once you have finished setup and are at the main Zoiper screen we need to make a few more changes.
You will now have an "X" next to your SIP account details and an error associated with the account

(5) Scroll down to Network Related


Change the "Transport" to UDP
Change "Use STUN" to Don't use STUN
Click Close on the account settings section.

(6) Click Yes


Now you will see a Save Changed Data screen,

That's it


You should have a green tick next to the account details
This means you can now start making calls.
Dial *97 to test the connection.
