A Salesforce CRM account and a TELTEL Hosted PBX account is required to continue.

Connecting to Salesforce & Setup

To enable the integration outside of the “Salesforce App” and add it to your other screens like Sales, Marketing etc. follow these steps.

1. Click the cog in the top right hand corner and click setup.

 

2. Search for “manager” and then click “App Manager”

 

3. Find the “Lightning” screen you want the integration displayed on: E.g. Lightning Sales and then click Edit.

 

4. Click on Utility Items in the left hand menu

 

5. Click Add Utility Item and select Open CTI Softphone

 

6. You can change the label from Phone to something else if you wish and then click Save.
