Getting started

Login to Bitrix24 using your Bitrix24 Address, Email Address or Phone number and Password.

1. Click on Telephony on the left hand side.

2. Click on the Cloud PBX icon

3. Click on Connect Cloud PBX in the top right corner

4. Enter the following details (This Info is found in the TelTel CloudPBX):

  • Connection Name – Extension Name
  • Server – pbx.teltel.com.au
  • Login –  CloudPBX extension ID 
  • Password – Matching extension ID password
  • Log in as user – CloudPBX extension ID
  • Proxy Server – pbx.teltel.com.au

5. Click “Save

After 1-2 minutes it will say:  SIP connection to “Extension Name” established.

Your system is now connected to TelTel!

The Cloud PBX icon in the Telephony Dashboard will now turn Green

Making and receiving calls

1. Click on Inbound Call Routing and “uncheck” all the ticked boxes.

This will allow inbound calls to ring your extension.

Now you can make and receive calls via the Bitrix24 interface.
