The TelTel Pty Ltd “30 day money back guarantee”. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within 30 days from the purchase of your plan or package you will be given a refund of the monthly cost of your package. (Excluding call costs).

Whats included

Refund of the monthly fee portion of your package. To be clear the refund amount will be equal to that of the first months, monthly plan charge or any credit that has been charged to your payment method.
Refund of any DID provisioning costs or monthly costs.
Cloud PBX, Business SIP and Residential packages.

Whats not included

Call costs on pay per call packages.
International call costs on any package.
Wholesale services

Additional Items

If a free device or rental handset has been provided as part of a package during the 30 day money back guarantee period it must be returned in the original packaging for re-distribution.
Any account cancelled by TelTel for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms and Conditions do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee.
Any funds redeemed from the 30 day money back guarantee can only be refunded into the account initially used for payment of the service by way of a credit card refund through our payment processors.

Fair Usage

Fair usage for included call packages will still apply and may be capped if excessive usage is detected.

Cancellation during the 30 day term

Refund amounts may take up to 30 days to be credited to your account by your bank or financial institution
TelTel will issue the refund from our systems within 7 days of notification and will confirm this via email.
